Now, Let’s Sort This Out
It’s now 8:00 pm on October 4, 2008. Mayor Kip Holden is expected to win re-election overwhelmingly tonight and the political campaigns should cease to exist. With that in mind, I call on Mayor Kip Holden to sign an affidavit stating that at no time in the spring of 2007, that he was involved in any physical altercation after having sexual contact with another man’s wife. I also call on Mayor Holden to state that at no time while his body guards were on duty, that he was having sexual affairs.
Mayor Holden called for an investigation into the allegations of an affair, and we at Louisiana Conservative join the mayor and encourage a full investigation into whether or not the mayor was involved in any affairs. We also believe that there needs to be a complete investigation into allegations of an attempt to bribe his personal body guards.
We at Louisiana Conservative believe that the citizens and the mayor deserves to have these allegations put to rest. We believe that the allegations have been severe enough and if innocent, the mayor should have his name cleared. We at Louisiana Conservative believe that truth should and does trump politics.

Good Lord, you’re still at it? Instead of harassing a Mayor who just won with 70%, how about you focus on getting rid of Cazayoux and Landrieu? Not to mention there are some Council seats out there which we need to hold onto (Tassin), and some open seats where we can work to get the right people in office. Geez.

It’s simple, Charlie. You’re right that Cazayoux and Landrieu have to go. Most of the articles that I’ve written attest to my oppinion of that, but the facts of this case have been laid bare. There is fire underneath this somke. Either its a true story, or we need to find out who is trying to set Holden up. Bottom line is, the truth of the matter needs to come out. Is that something your affraid to see happen? If not, why not sign?
