Or at least he thinks he is. Can you imagine your child going to Whitehouse.gov to learn about Presidents, only to come back and tell you how President Barack Obama was so great, he influenced all of them? So that’s a bit exaggerated, but if you go to Whitehouse.gov and read Presidential biographies, you can learn a lot about President Obama… since he’s in quite a few of them. It’s funny, sad, and scary all at once. Funny because you have to laugh that Obama is so desperate to get people to see his greatness, but it’s really sad, because he’s so desperate to get people to see his greatness. Most of all, it’s scary to think that he has to force himself into every aspect of our lives, even in history.

It’s a narcissism we haven’t seen in a President before, and it reminds me of a cartoon I saw of Adolf Hitler in shining armor saving the beautiful woman (Germany). In fairness, Democrats don’t claim Obama has turned America in the right direction, they just blame Bush for Obama’s failures… which are too numerous to cite.

Besides being a United States President, what do Calvin Coolidge, Harry Truman, Lyndon Johnson, Franklin Roosevelt, and Ronald Reagan have in common? They all manage to have Barack Obama mentioned in their Whitehouse.gov biographies.

From the Whitehouse.gov, some which we previously linked.

Did you know?

President Lyndon Johnson signed Medicare signed into law in 1965—providing millions of elderly healthcare stability. President Obama’s historic health care reform law, the Affordable Care Act, strengthens Medicare, offers eligible seniors a range of preventive services with no cost-sharing, and provides discounts on drugs when in the coverage gap known as the “donut hole.”

Did you know?

On Feb. 22, 1924 Calvin Coolidge became the first president to make a public radio address to the American people. President Coolidge later helped create the Federal Radio Commission, which has now evolved to become the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). President Obama became the first president to hold virtual gatherings and town halls using Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, etc

Did you know?

President Herbert Hoover signed the bill founding the Department of Veterans Affairs July 21, 1930. President Obama is committed to making sure that the VA, the second-largest cabinet department, serves the needs of all veterans and provides a seamless transition from active duty to civilian life, and has directed his Administration to modernize the way health care is delivered and benefits are administered for our nation’s veterans. First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden launched Joining Forces to mobilize all sectors of society to give our service members and their families the opportunities and support they have earned.

Did you know?

On August 14, 1935, President Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act. Today the Obama Administration continues to protect seniors and ensure Social Security will be there for future generations.

In a 1946 letter to the National Urban League, President Truman wrote that the government has “an obligation to see that the civil rights of every citizen are fully and equally protected.” He ended racial segregation in civil service and the armed forces in 1948. Today the Obama Administration continues to strive toward upholding the civil rights of its citizens, repealing Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, allowing people of all sexual orientations to serve openly in our armed forces.

Did you know?

In 1977, President Jimmy Carter created the Department of Energy; today the DOE works with the Obama Administration to drive towards innovation in energy and reducing reliance on foreign oil with an “all of the above” approach.

Did you know?

President Reagan designated Martin Luther King Jr. Day a national holiday; today the Obama Administration honors this tradition, with the First and Second Families participating in service projects on this day.

In a June 28, 1985 speech Reagan called for a fairer tax code, one where a multi-millionaire did not have a lower tax rate than his secretary. Today, President Obama is calling for the same with the Buffett Rule.

Did you know?

In 2002, President George W. Bush’s State of the Union was the first to be live broadcast on the Internet. In 2011 and 2012, President Obama’s State of the Union speeches were available in an enhanced live stream version that featured infographics, charts and data side-by-side in real time with the President’s speech.

Did you know?

President Dwight Eisenhower established the President’s Council on Youth Fitness on July 16, 1956 (now known as The President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports) after learning from a study that American youth were less fit than European youth. Today the Council is still going strong—with Olympians and professional athletes on board—working in conjunction with the First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move initiativeto help promote healthier lifestyles.

President John F. Kennedy famously suggested the American people: “Ask what you can do for your country.” In 1961, the Peace Corps was created, facilitating service among citizens working toward peace in developing countries. In 2011, President Obama celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corps with a Presidential Proclamation.

Did you know?

In 1973, Richard Nixon created The President’s Export Council, which was expanded and reconstituted under President Jimmy Carter in 1979. Today the PEC continues to work towards reaching President Obama’s goal of doubling the nation’s exports by 2014’s end.

Did you know?

Continuing his work as a lifelong public service, Clinton created the Clinton Foundation in 2001 to improve global health, education, economies and environments. Affectionately calling him “Do-Gooder-in-Chief”, President Obama has worked with Clinton to make buildings in our country more efficient—announcing a $4 billion investment in energy efficiency upgrades for commercial buildings.

Amazing isn’t it? Obama has found his way into several Presidential biographies. What’s the old saying? Fake it until you make it? Unfortunately for Obama, he won’t be able to fake his greatness much longer. As for another old saying, “the more you have to tell people you are, the more you really aren’t”.

As for that old cartoon I mentioned…

The 2013 Jindal budget hit a major road block in the way of Conservative Hawks in the House who have honed their talons and were prepared to rip one time money from the equation. How can Louisiana become dependent on it’s revenue if this Administration continues to push for the use of one time money. The issue of constitutionality comes into play when we allow Jindal and Rainwater to raid these funds to cover expenses. According to HB 822, Rep. Fannin, page 10 here , is a prime example of blatant disregard for fiscal responsibility.

SECTION 4. OVERCOLLECTIONS FUND (EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2012)
Effective July 1, 2012, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer $35,000,000 of
all proceeds from the sale of New Orleans Adolescent Hospital to the Overcollections Fund
and the remainder to the state general fund.
SECTION 5. STATE GENERAL FUND (EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2012)
Effective July 1, 2012, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer $13,100,000 of
Program Income from the CDBG Program to the state general fund.
Effective July 1, 2012, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer $4 million from
the Louisiana Tourism Promotion District Fund to the state general fund.
Effective July 1, 2012, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer FEMA
reimbursements of $10,000,000 to the state general fund.
Effective July 1, 2012, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer $20,000,000 from
the Self-Insurance Fund to the state general fund.
Effective July 1, 2012, directs the LA Housing Finance Agency to transfer $11,000,000 of
unrestricted and unencumbered assets into the state general fund.
Effective July 1, 2012, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer $12,637,698 from
the Coastal Protection and Restoration Fund to the state general fund.
SECTION 6. STATE GENERAL FUND (EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2012)
Effective July 1, 2012, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer $12,637,698 from
state general fund from nonrecurring revenue to the Coastal Protection and Restoration Fund.
SECTION 7. STATE GENERAL FUND (EFFECTIVE GOV’S SIGNATURE)
Effective upon signature of the governor, authorizes and directs the state treasurer to transfer
$864,176 from the Academic Improvement Fund into the state general fund.
SECTION 8. RAPID RESPONSE FUND (EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2012)
Effective July 1, 2012, provides that the state treasurer shall not include unexpended and
unencumbered monies in the Rapid Response Fund at the end of FY 2010-2011 in the
determination of the unencumbered balance of the fund for purposes of determining the
amount to be deposited into the fund at the beginning of the fiscal year pursuant to R.S.
51:2361(A)(2).
(Amends R.S. 22:842)

Who are they trying to kid here? It’s certainly not going to be the Hawks that demand a balanced budget with necessary cuts without the use one time money. Robbing Peter to pay Paul when Peter won’t be around next year only delays a solution for next session to take up. What are we going to sell next year to cover these reoccurring expenses? Thank God for men like Rep. Brett Geymann (Moss Bluff) and Rep. Cameron Henry (Metairie) who maintain their deeply principled convictions of Conservatism. The difference between Jindal and these gentlemen is their desire for true fiscal responsibility within the means of yearly recurring state revenue that Jindal lacks, along with their true public service. Finally, our Caesar has met his match going up against a House that did not bow to his Administrations demands. That’s only one battle, the wars far from over.

I posed two questions to Rep. Geymann by email, the first about one time money funds. Quote, “Most one time money comes from sweeping Funds. Example: a 1$ fee was passed on drivers license for litter abatement. This year we are taking the money out of the fund! That turns a fee into a tax! In addition it is in violation of the constitution because a balanced budget is required to be within the official forecast. Fund sweeps are not recognized”. Next, Are you personally in favor of a special session if necessary to solve the budget issue. Quote, “Yes, I am willing to go home without a budget if we can’t get it right. I believe The people are ready for a responsible government.”

It makes me proud to reside in Rep. Geymann’s district and know he is working not only for Southwest Louisiana but ALL of Louisiana.

Why We Must Keep Tax Reformation Relevant

By Laura O’Halloran

From Priority to Back Seat

The TEA Party movement began as a groundswell of Americans who were fiscally fed up and “Taxed Enough Already.” In the process of having to accept the proposal of socialized health care and increasing tax burdens through every major department of our growing government, the mission of the movement across the country seems to have become pulled into every direction as more issues have surfaced through the tireless efforts of digging and research by motivated citizens. That is not such a bad thing, as we have been able to make connections and identify resources as to the “why’s” and the “who’s” behind the subjects deserving of our angst.

Along with the good stuff comes the bad. Many have left their local tea party as the dynamics quickly changed with the politicizing and power grabs from those on the inside as well as outside. As members make decisions on where they stand in the grand scheme of American politics, necessary and unnecessary fighting ensues, resulting in the shifting of the very core of the movement. Each one of us brings talent and knowledge to the table to propel our individual groups, and sometimes along with those talents come personal and organizational agendas that have been a mix of interesting experiences to say the least. Nevertheless, we need to get back to our original angst. The same angst that Rick Santelli passionately vented on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade in early 2009, which has been dubbed as the “shout heard ’round the world,” and instantly sparked the modern day Tea Party movement.

It is time to refocus! I miss the days of tax reformation being a priority of the movement and I’m not just saying that because it happens to still be my agenda. Every issue that we are facing today, still is and always will be, relevant to the subject of our federal tax system. The presidential race of 2012 is still about the fiscal responsibility, limited government, and health of the free market system. All other issues pretty much fall in line with these core values, and they can be addressed effectively through changes easily made to our federal tax code. Yes, I did say “easily.”

If We Continue On This Path…

We should be reminded too, that if our current POTUS somehow finds a way to win re-election, what type of “reformation” we will have crammed down our throats within the next few years. A European Value Added Tax (VAT) system is what we will have in addition to the graduated income tax. VATs are layers of taxes added to the price of a product in the production process – from raw materials to the store shelves. A value added tax system is top heavy, as it allows federal tax burdens on corporations to be raised at any time for any reason without the consumer knowing what is going on -much like the boiling frog analogy. This will not only drive prices of products UP considerably as it naturally be passed on to the consumer, but will also lower the value of our exports among many other side effects we do not want to experience. We already have VATs and are currently paying an average of 22% of embedded federal taxes in what we buy and this system is anything but transparent. VATs also allow the government to manipulate consumer behavior by picking winners and losers in industry. So much for the free market system when government dictates what you can or cannot buy.

As for the graduated income tax – we know that it is the second demand of the Communist Manifesto, after the first demand of abolition of private property. Your wages – the fruits of your labor – ARE your property. This includes wage earners, investors, savers, businesses, etc. We are currently wasting hundreds of billions of dollars a year just to be in compliance with the IRS! According to the Tax Foundation, Americans will pay over $4 Trillion in taxes – nearly 4% more than what we spend on necessities such as food, clothing, and housing!

When we recently found that America is now the home of the highest corporate tax rate for businesses, Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming announced, “America’s business tax rate now tops out at 35 percent. Add state taxes and American job creators face a median rate of 39.2 percent.” This proves that our current system is NOT business friendly. America is supposed to be a leader in the free markets, and how hypocritical it is of us to choke our own small businesses at the same time.

What about the “pay your fair share” rhetoric? Our current tax code is over 72,000 pages. It grew like a weed from the original flat 1% tax levied in the beginning. How did this happen? Half of the lobbyists in Washington are tax lobbyists. They are wheeling and dealing, creating loopholes and exemptions for those nasty one percenters! But can you blame them? If you wanted to stay in business and maximize your position in the market, provide jobs and quality products and services, you would do what you could to game the system as far as the law allows. However, someone needs to pay the bill – and as I described earlier, you will pay the remaining amount within the price of the products in the form of VATs, and the middle class and small businesses get dumped on in the form of several different types of income taxes – personal, capital gains, alternative minimum, gift tax, estate tax, self-employment, corporate, and payroll taxes. Feeling that angst again yet? Here’s more…

Let’s think about the fruits of your labor – your wages, earnings, sweat equity, compensation. According to the 16th Amendment, the government is placed as the middle man between you and what you produce. It decides how much you get to take home to provide for you and your family. Never thought of it that way, huh? Well, I’m not done. As the middle man decides how much you get to keep, you get a chance once a year to ask for the difference from which they took too much of from the beginning. It’s like a game of “hide-n-seek.” You may even need to pay someone to help you ask for it after a long search of credits and deductions, loopholes and freebies – depending on your living situation of course because some people get more breaks than others. Now all the while the government has been keeping your earnings, it has been investing it and earning interest – off of your sweat equity. Will they give you a cut in the return? No way, Jose! So now how do you feel about that “refund?”

Well, it applies to all individuals and businesses that keep their money within our borders. When the wealthy and larger businesses are making money and sheltering it in other countries in offshore accounts, the IRS cannot touch it. Additionally, remember the “Made In The USA” label? It has been replaced by Peggy – our new customer service representative. Many corporations have outsourced our jobs to foreign countries to beat the IRS at their game. In fact, the IRS has done its job of chasing away $11-$15 Trillion – yes, TRILLION, out of our country! It even matches our national debt.

We must keep tax reformation in the conversation. We need to STAY TEA’D and explore the options we have that are right in front of us and seize the opportunity to eliminate many of these problems that we have forgotten which started our frustrations in the first place. We can refocus our efforts that we have made in the last several years, or, we can keep Peggy happy and employed.

In Part II of my discussion, I will share the options and possibilities that can make America great again, and how it is up to US to make it happen. Stay tuned…and stay thirsty, my friends.

You’ve heard of the so-called 99%, you know the hygiene-challenged guttersnipes who hate capitalism so much that they can’t see the thing they espouse is the same thing they rail against, and blame capitalism for. Sort of like hating George Bush for increasing the national debt in 8 years, while loving the guy who increased it the same in only three years. My challenge to the Left is this, in what ways is your support of Barack Obama not hypocritical?

It’s clear that Barack Obama has no idea what he’s doing. Even former President Bill Clinton has reportedly asked Hillary Clinton to step down as Secretary of State because Obama was an “amateur”. It’s hard to imagine that this President can get re-elected, even if every Democrat votes twice for him.

But the way Barack Obama has been ceasing and consolidating power should be raising the eyebrows of even the most ardent liberals. Taking stocks, and firing a CEO of a private company, more czars Stalin, a health care system that is as intrusive as Nazicare was on Germans, and an economy that looks more like a Cuba in every pot, rather than Chicken. Barack Obama is clearly the worst president we’ve had since at least 1980, so how can he get re-elected?

Enter Ron Paul and the 9%. The 9% of the Republican Party that would get behind Ron Paul.

Ron Paul never had a lead in any national polling data, even though he could pack a house and win a straw poll. Ron Paul never was a front runner, and couldn’t even place in the top 3 in primary after primary. Even as Ron Paul became the last “conservative” in the race, he still couldn’t win a primary where Republicans turn out in large numbers.

So what do normal people do? Well, you get behind the party nominee. You get behind this nominee not because you believe in his greatness, but because you believe that he’s going to be the better choice for America. In America, you have your say, you vote for the guy who you think best represents your views, and then when he loses, you get behind the next best guy. My guy was Herman Cain, and now I get behind Mitt Romney. In many ways, I think it’s great that many Republicans hesitantly get behind Romney, hopefully we won’t let him off the hook so easily like we did George Bush.

More importantly is that Mitt Romney will try to work with congress, whether it’s a Democrat or a Republican ran congress. Barack Obama simply tries to circumvent the Republican congress, and sends orders to the Democrats in congress. That alone should send chills up the spine of any American.

But not Ron Paul, the self appointed savior of democracy. Ron Paul sees no difference between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama… yes, the same Ron Paul who suggested that Dennis Kucinich would be his running mate, and the same Ron Paul who gave his support to Cynthia McKinney.

Judging by the stance of many of the Paulistinians, one has to wonder if Ron Paul is trying to help re-elect the most anti-semitic President since Jimmy Carter.

Despite being mathematically impossible for Ron Paul to win enough delegates to walk away with the nomination, Paul stayed in the race, trying to muster enough delegates to send to the national convention, and for what purpose? To cause the Republican party problems in front of the nation? And what good would that do for the cause of Liberty?

One has to wonder if Ron Paul’s goal isn’t to cause such a scene in the name of “Liberty”, that he ends up scaring people away. The nation has reached a crossroads, and we have a choice between continuing the path of a Constitutional Democracy, or choosing tyranny. It seems the past four years have been filled with protests and riots. If the Republicans have a national convention that’s in disarray on National Television, while the Democrats have a smooth convention, who do you think the average American will blame for the problems the nation has? And who do you think they will trust to run the country, the Democrats? Or the Republicans who can’t even manage to run their own convention?

And if Ron Paul succeeds in causing problems at the Republican National Convention with his 9 percenters, he’s going to cause the 91% of the Republican Party to never want anything to do with Ron Paul or his message. That’s really sad because Ron Paul, for the most part, has the Right message, he’s just the wrong messenger. Unfortunately, Ron Paul has become such a narcissist, that he thinks only he knows the constitution. In fairness to Ron Paul, he might have been alive when it was written. Still, there’s many people who have studied the Constitution, and Ron Paul does not have exclusive Rights over the meaning.

Perhaps Ron Paul would have done his cause well if, in stepping down from the race, he would have encouraged his supporters to study the constitution, rather than giving people a bad impression of Liberty by encouraging disorder at the Republican National Convention. Then again, Ron Paul has been a congressman through five decades, and what government agency has he managed to end?

Leon Puissegur
Author/THE OIL MAN
Forward The Colors

What is Obama’s Past? In the first part we interviewed a man whom met and spoke with Obama while he was at Occidental College and his Marxist possible Socialist ideology. We must question what facts have been turned up since then that may well reflect back upon the ideology of Marxism and Socialism almost drilled into Barack Hussein Obama”s head by his Grand parents, his friends, and many of his teachers that espoused the ideology of Marxism/Socialism.

Obama’s mother was a “communist Sympathizer, as stated by Tim Jones of the Chicago Tribune done March 27, 2007, Source: Spengler, Asia Times, “The values she taught me continue to be my touchstone when it comes to how I go about the world of Politics.” Barack Obama, Source: Tim Jones, Chicago Tribune. Now according to, Source: Sharon Cohen, St Louis Times, “His mother, Stanley Ann Dunham (her father always wanted a son), was white and just 18 when they met in a Russian class” Obama’s parents met in a Russian class, when Russia was of the Communist ideology? We went back and read the article from Spengler in the Asia Times, and wonder in awe why this was never seen in the United States before the election or since? This article captures the reason behind Obama’s ideology of hate to those with money; it is a war on those whom have made it the hard way!  It is a war that Obama himself is encouraged to keep on doing by his own wife, Michelle! That article had one piece in it we feel HAS to be shown here;

“Ann Dunham died in 1995, and her character emerges piecemeal from the historical record, to which I will return below. But Michelle Obama is a living witness. Her February 18 comment that she felt proud of her country for the first time caused a minor scandal, and was hastily qualified. But she meant it, and more. The video footage of her remarks shows eyes hooded with rage as she declares:
For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country and not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change. And I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction and just not feeling so alone in my frustration and disappointment.
The desperation, frustration and disappointment visible on Michelle Obama’s face are not new to the candidate’s wife; as Steve Sailer, Rod Dreher and other commentators have noted, they were the theme of her undergraduate thesis, on the subject of “blackness” at Princeton University. No matter what the good intentions of Princeton, which founded her fortunes as a well-paid corporate lawyer, she wrote, “My experiences at Princeton have made me far more aware of my ‘Blackness’ than ever before. I have found that at Princeton no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my White professors and classmates try to be toward me, I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really don’t belong.”

Never underestimate the influence of a wife who bitch-slaps her husband in public. Early in Obama’s campaign, Michelle Obama could not restrain herself from belittling the senator. “I have some difficulty reconciling the two images I have of Barack Obama. There’s Barack Obama the phenomenon. He’s an amazing orator, Harvard Law Review, or whatever it was, law professor, best-selling author, Grammy winner. Pretty amazing, right? And then there’s the Barack Obama that lives with me in my house, and that guy’s a little less impressive,” she told a fundraiser in February 2007.

“For some reason this guy still can’t manage to put the butter up when he makes toast, secure the bread so that it doesn’t get stale, and his five-year-old is still better at making the bed than he is.” New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd reported at the time, “She added that the TV version of Barack Obama sounded really interesting and that she’d like to meet him sometime.” Her handlers have convinced her to be more tactful since then.” Source: Spengler, Asia Times

Now just with this we should ask the question, is the entire “show” the people see from Obama the same thing his wife Michelle says is NOT him? Has the people of the United States been as Obama says, “Hoodwinked”?

The ideology of the Marxist, Socialist, and Communist just kept growing throughout Obama’s life from the times when he first grew up maybe even to now, especially the way he loves to use the terms of all the Marxist, Socialist, and Communist, take from the wealthy and give to the poor while no one works, allowing the Government to pay their way, a position which has failed in every country that may have tried this ideology! All we have to do is go back to people Obama himself has stated were great influences in his life, people like Frank Marshall, a known member of the Communist Party of the United States of America, better known by the acronym, CPUSA!

Source: Jim Corsi, WorldNetDaily writing for WorldNetDaily stated, “Kathryn Takara of the University of Hawaii, who wrote a dissertation on the life of Frank Marshall Davis, confirming Davis was a significant influence on Obama when the senator attended Punahou prep school in Hawaii from 1975 to 1979” Which was also based upon, Communism in Hawaii and the Obama Connection (Cliff Kincaid and Herbert Romerstein).

Communism, Socialism, Marxism, take your pick, none of them are about Freedom nor
the Constitution! They all would be totally destructive to both the Constitution and the
Freedom of the very people Obama is supposed to be helping!!!

Now his campaign manager, David Axelrod, who’s mother was once a journalist on the pro-COMMUNIST paper PM. PM was considered the alternative paper in the Communist Party circles to the Daily Worker. Knowing this, just what type of influence would one think if they knew of a friend whose mother was a Communist worker and what would that individual do when they found this out? Would we as a nation, the United States allow a COMMUNIST to advise a PRESIDENT?? Would this be seen beneficial to our Constitution and our Freedom??

Although Obama denies his association with Bill Ayers, any one who knew of the young Obama and Obama in Chicago, knows full well Obama was a part of Bill Ayers, so just what does Obama and Bill Ayers have in common, just look back at their ideologies and it becomes very clear just what they think and how they see things. Bill Ayers was a member of the Weathermen, a group of “revolutionary Marxist”, now what did Obama do while in Occidental, yes, he also was a “revolutionary Marxist” according to the revelations of Dr. John Drew, (see Obama’s Past part one, May 6, 2012, by Leon Puissegur).

Now we can look at some more associations of Obama to see if he had any “freedom” worshiping people and low and behold, NONE are to be found, yet we can and do find more Marxist, Socialist, and Communist.

According to Barbara Busby, www.180people.com, “Barack Obama’s older brother, Abongo “Roy” Obama, is a Luo activist, militant Muslim, and a Marxist.” Obama even stated, “The person who made me proudest of all was Roy.” Source: Bill Sammon, The Examiner. Investor’s Business Daily stated, “Odinga, (Obama’s Cousin), is a Marxist who reportedly has made a pact with a hard-line Islamic group in Kenya to establish Shariah courts throughout the Country”

His brother, and his cousin, both of the Marxist ideology, what would it take for people to see that the ideology of Marxism is very real surrounding Obama no matter how much anyone tries to hide it or cover it up. Each time the past creeps up the words, Marxism, Socialism, and Communism has been brought out at each turn yet no one in the real world press wants to show any of Obama’s background being deeply involved in Marxism, Socialism, or Communism in some way or another. Has anyone ever questioned any of these people that influenced Obama with the Marxist, Socialist, or Communist ideology?

According to H. Kennedy, New York Daily News, “He went to socialist conferences at Cooper Union and African fairs in Brooklyn and started lecturing his relatives until they became worried he’d become “one of those freaks you see on the streets around here.” As shown in the article of January 14, 2007 Titled, “Obama’s quiet Years in NYC Pol’s rise stuns his classmates from Columbia” Source: H Kennedy, NY Daily News

As we continue through the time warp we come upon yet another major influence upon Obama and this person is yet another person whom does NOT like the freedom of the United States and if she had her way, she would force her ideology upon the United States, her name, Alice Palmer, the lady who became the ONLY African-American journalist to travel to the Soviet Union to attend the 27th Congress of the Communist Party!

Jim Corsi of www.WorldNetDaily.com stated, “Nine years before Palmer picked Obama to be her successor, (as Senator from Illinois), according to an article Palmer wrote in the CPUSA, (Communist Party of the United States of America), newspaper, People’s World Daily World, June 19, 1986, also based upon the story on Communism in Chicago and the Obama Connection (Cliff Kincaid and Herbert Romerstein) Now how could Obama be hand picked for a job held by a known Communist sympathizer?

Does anyone even consider that with all these connections with Marxist, Socialist, and Communist, that maybe Obama just does not care about the Constitution or the laws of the United States, wait, Obama himself stated that recently when he said, “…the Constitution is restricting…” what he could do!! Is this the type of person that should be allowed to become or continue to be President? How did “WE THE PEOPLE” allow this to happen?

With all this stated here, just how could a free people have been so blind in their Vetting of Barack Obama? Did “WE THE PEOPLE” even consider what Obama’s background was BEFORE we voted for him? Why did we NOT do this? How in the name of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson could we as a people allow a man with such an extensive background in the anti-American attitude of Marxism, Socialism, and Communism, be elected to the office of President of the very people that these associated groups hate so very much? Our nation was built upon the idea of allowing people to BUILD their own lives and not just sit back and wait for the Government to supply us with what we need. Our nation is based upon FREEDOM, while the ideology of the Marxist, Socialist, and Communist, are all based upon the Government doing everything for the people and in return the people give everything including their lives to the Government! This is NOT what our nation is based upon nor is it the way the United States has grown.

“And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns, or religion, or antipathy to people who aren’t like them, or anti-immigrant sentiment, or anti-trade sentiments as a way to explain their frustrations” – Barack Obama

Karl Marx famously claimed that religion was an opiate of the masses. He was explaining his view that the wealthy bourgeoise cynically used religion as a device to keep the poor, simple proletariat happy in their misery and squalor so they would find it immoral to rise up and overthrow their capitalists oppressors.
What is this? It seems that our President, Barack Obama has almost used Karl Marx’s very words, Obama does all but call capitalists oppressors! Is this enough to prove that Obama is the most Marxist/Socialist ever to hold the office of the President of the United States! Why “WE THE PEOPLE” accept a known and practicing Marxist/Socialist ever to be voted into office. Just ask yourself, are you better off then you were four years ago? Think about the most important thing going on right now, our Gasoline prices have doubled since Obama has taken over, Obama does not allow or want oil, Natural gas, nor coal to be used, but he is very comfortable with wind mills that kill millions of birds including thousands of protected species and solar power that has failed at every turn. Obama, the new Marxist/Socialist President, what a CHANGE and HOPE!!!

This is just the beginning of a long line of people associated with Obama that have been either members of, familiar with, associated with, or a part of Marxist, Socialist, and Communist organizations that have supported Obama one way or another. Let us look at just one more direct Communist connection from Obama’s past; Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorhn are former terrorists from the Weather Underground who’s SDS, (Students for a Democratic Society), organization received financial contributions from the CPUSA. “Obama’s run for the Illinois state Senate was launched by a fundraiser organized at Ayers’ and Dorhn’s Chicago home by Alice Palmer.

Palmer had named Obama to succeed her in the state Senate in 1995, when she decided to run for a U.S. congressional seat.” Source: Jim Corsi, WorldNetDaily based on Communism in Chicago and the Obama Connection (Cliff Kincaid and Herbert Romerstein). In this very good article by Cliff Kincaid, Mr. Kincaid quotes yet another man whom had an impact upon Obama and he revealed what may well be showing up before us as a true Communist mole by the name of Obama!  In this article Mr. Kincaid wrote;
Another participant in the World Peace Council assembly was Frank Chapman, another member of the U.S. Peace Council executive committee, who has achieved notoriety for blowing the whistle on communist support for Obama’s presidential bid and his real agenda. In a letter to the People’s Weekly World after Obama’s win in Iowa Democratic Party Caucuses, Chapman wrote:

“Obama’s victory was more than a progressive (my reminder, progressive is the Politically correct version for Marxist/Socialist/Communist), move; it was a dialectical leap ushering in a qualitatively new era of struggle, Marx once compared revolutionary struggle with the work of the mole, who sometimes burrows so far beneath the ground that he leaves no trace of his movement on the surface. This is the old revolutionary ‘mole, ’ not only showing his traces on the surface but also breaking through.
(emphasis added)

“The old pattern of politics as usual has been broken. It may not have happened as we expected it to happen but what matters is that it happened. The message is clear: we can and must defeat the ultra-right, by uniting the broadest possible coalition that will represent an overwhelming majority of the people in a new political dynamic. We must quickly shed yesterday’s political perspective and get in step with the march of events.”

That coming from Chapman himself calling Obama a “mole” for the Marxist/Socialist/Communist! This is clear that Chapman and many others have high hopes that Obama will bring forth the Marxist ideology which will destroy the very heart and soul of the United states, and we allowed this to happen!!

Yes, our Marxist/Socialist/Communist President was not just supported by the Communist Party; he was “selected” by the Communist Party of the United States to replace the Communist, Alice Palmer when she wanted to change her position. What more proof is needed to show Obama’s past is extremely deep in some sort of Anti-United States actions by the varied parties of Marxist, Socialist, Communist and maybe others that do not want the United States to succeed!

The United States has grown into a great nation by the hard work of people seeking out what they felt is right and where they wish to be in their life. We as a nation have built this nation upon the sweat of those whom want more from life then just a plain check from the government. Our nation was based upon the ideas of the people, the work of the people and the willingness to take a step beyond the normal way and try a new idea to see if it works or fails, either way, we as a people are now faced with even more of a tribunal, we must either decide to go “forward” with Obama’s ideology of Marxist, Socialist, or Communist, or do we go on and make a strong decision to work for what we want without the influence or restraints of the government in anything we do as a people. The decision is up to us now and if we make the wrong one, this could well be the last free election, and the end of the United States as we know it. The list will go on, but for now this is just Part 2 of Obama’s Past!

Friends we are doing ourselves a disservice as conservatives. The nearer we draw to the convention in Tampa, the further apart we slide. A great rift is growing in the conservative movement, and we have to get it in check. Romney, Paul, Gingrich, Santorum, whomever you support this much is true. There is common ground to be had, and the common ground is winning territory in November.

I have had my fill of hearing that a vote for X is a vote for Obama. Hogwash! We have an opportunity to defeat Chairman O regardless of who we nominate. These are the issues that we need to concentrate on to achieve victory in November. I promise you, if we stand united on these issues, our candidate will stand with us, and we will win. If we continue to rip and tear at each other, then our candidate will spend too much time defending himself against the allegations brought forward in the primaries to be able to gain any traction. I entreat you, therefore Brothers and Sisters, in the name of Reaganomics to give ear. Consider this as we build our platform and let us lock arms and take this election by storm.

First and foremost, I think that we can all agree that this administration has played fast and loose with our checkbook. In the past four years, we have seen an unprecedented increase in government spending. I find this to be an amazing feat. After all, on its own, the government has no money. The government uses OUR money. I’m not happy with the way that my money has been spent, and as a result, I would like to see a reduction in spending. In fact, considering that the government has no money, and that they have never been denied a raise in the debt ceiling, I propose that it is time to bring this deficit spending to a loud, screeching halt. Plank number one: We must amend the United States Constitution to require that the operating budget of the United States government may not come to a vote unless it is BALANCED.

Secondly, the tax burden on the American business is too high. The Democrats have done everything they can to increase taxes on businesses. This does absolutely nothing to harm the fortune 500 companies that they call corrupt. It hurts neither Exxon-Mobil nor Halliburton nor any other corporation. You cannot tax a corporation. They merely pass the tax on their tax burden to the consumer. In other words, when the Government takes up the torches and pitchforks and marches against the corporate monster that has been created, they only hurt us. It is we who pay those taxes. We who lose jobs as big business reduce their workforce. It is the small business owner that feels the brunt of the blow. They are the ones that will struggle to survive under the weight of this economic oppression. Small Business owners, who pay 44% of all private payroll in America according to the United States small business administration, are forced to cut payroll, cut hours, reduce workforce, or even close their doors. With a reduction in the tax burden, we will see a new growth in small business profitability, which translates into new jobs, more hours, and an increased benefit to employees in this country. Plank number 2: Decrease the Tax Burden on American business.

Anyone who has driven a car in the last ten years is aware of the shameful state of our fuel prices. We all feel the pain at the pump regardless of whether or not we drive. The high cost of diesel has raised the prices on all manner of products from produce, to meat and dairy, to textiles, to electronics. Our utility bills now feature a fuel surcharge. Our waste collection bills feature a fuel surcharge. Oh, and it costs us more to fill up our vehicles too. That might be important. We have heard from Democrats and Republicans alike that we are in desperate need of reducing our dependency on foreign oil. To the Democrat mind, that means we need to reduce our dependence on oil. They behave as if there is no source of domestic oil. This could not be further from the truth. In ANWR, the Gulf of Mexico and the Bakken reserve, there is enough oil to sustain this country for years to come. The problem is that the Democrats will not allow us to drill for it. It is crucial that the United States be able to produce its own oil now and in the future. Plank number three: End President Obama’s moratorium on offshore drilling, expand oil exploration in the Gulf of Mexico. Open the ANWR reserve and expand production in the Bakken oil reserve as well.

By this point, some of you are screaming at me and pulling your hair out, but I promise you, I have not forgotten. The biggest, most highly publicized atrocity with which this administration has saddled the American public is quite simply The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. Obamacare. There I’ve said it, and it has left a foul taste in my mouth. Are you happy? OF COURSE YOU AREN’T HAPPY! That’s why you’ve been waiting for me to talk about it. This is the most blatant, most transparent form of socialism ever produced by the Democratic Party. The party that brought us Welfare, Medicare, Social Security and the Graduated Income Tax has now said, “I have an idea. Let’s take over the medical field!” How this Obamanation ever passed through even a Democrat controlled Congress with so much public outcry against it is beyond me. As a people, we should be outraged and offended. It should fill us with rage that our duly elected representatives thumbed their nose at us in such a blatant fashion. They have proven that they care nothing for our opinion and that they do not represent us. They have freely raised the taxes necessary to fund this Obamanation. Need I remind you that in our history, we have fought wars over this, namely the American Revolution? Plank number four: Repeal Obamacare Immediately. I know that many of you have your doubts that Candidate Romney will take this step, but I can promise you this. “The Human Windsock” Mitt Romney, will do what is necessary to win this election, and he will support the repeal of Obamacare, because he sees how unpopular it is.

Finally, we have allowed the problem of illegal immigration to take the back burner for far too long. Don’t misunderstand me, I am not talking about individuals who come to this country on valid visas, go through proper channels and become a resident alien. I’m not talking about those who have worked hard to gain citizenship through legal means. I simply mean those that sneak across our border and siphon off our government programs. Or maybe it’s those that come with a legitimate visa, but do not renew it when it expires. The Democrats are fond of this question, “What makes a person illegal?” Simply put, it is not the person that is illegal, it is their activity. What activity? The act of remaining in country without a valid visa is illegal. These people are breaking the law, yet we give them government money and free health care. We cater to their every need and we disapprove of anyone that tells them that what they are doing is wrong. No other crime is treated this way. We have entire cities that have set themselves up as sanctuaries to those who commit this crime, yet their would be public outcry if a city decided to provide safe haven to anyone who committed felony theft, breaking and entering or murder and rightly so, in fact because no city should be able to defy ANY federal law without consequence. Plank Five: Require that all law enforcement agencies that receive federal money completely enforce immigration laws or forfeit all federal dollars. Furthermore, immediately cease and desist the granting of federal benefits to anyone who is neither a citizen of this country or a legal resident alien.

The items that I have laid out are items that the people of this country believe in. They are issues that strike to the heart of the conservative grass roots. If we embrace these issues, they will lay the ground work for a conservative victory in 2012, 2016, 2020, or any other year that we march forth with such an agenda. We can no longer be afraid to put a conservative message forward. We need to separate ourselves from the Democrats. Too much of the country believes that there simply is no difference between the two parties. It is time to prove them wrong and stand up for the principles that we all share.

So President Obama has evolved his stance on gay marriage, which means, he’s for gay marriage now, just as he was when he ran for State Senate, but somewhere it evolved into he was opposed to it, or somewhat opposed to it, or well, it’s kind of confusing. Maybe he’s done evolving on this issue, then again, maybe it will evolve some more after he wins the election.

But this is an important issue, and please indulge me for a minute. This is such an important issue because what I’m concerned about is hearing the President’s view on gay marriage. I’m also interested in hearing that Mitt Romney put his dog on top of his car. I’ll remember that and keep my car windows rolled up so the dog doesn’t stick his head out the window while I’m driving, dogs apparently hate the wind blowing in their face. I have to admit, I never knew that before, but thanks to the self righteous leftist, now I know.

I’m interested in hearing about the Republicans war on women because how dare they expect men and women to pay for their own contraception. I’m interested in hearing about the Republican War on Black people because, well, from what I understand from the left, black people are incapable of being equal to white people. I don’t get it, but for some reason, leftist believe that black people are inferior to white people. Can you believe they even think that requiring identification is discriminatory against minorities? I mean, who in this day and age thinks that a person is too stupid to know how to use an identification because of the color of their skin?

I’m interested in learning about this new breed of people that we can wear hoods and lynch, they are called “White Hispanics”. I’m not sure exactly what they are, but apparently the New Black Panthers don’t care about black people dying, unless that black person died by the hand of a “White Hispanic”. I have so much to learn.

Like the President, I’m evolving. I am learning so much from this administration. For example, the law is the law and we must obey that law even if it goes against our religious beliefs, unless of course you are Muslim and shoot up Fort Hood, well, we must be “understanding” and tolerant.

But I’m evolving, and I would like to encourage the media to evolve as well. See, four years ago, I wasn’t making a lot of money. Well, I was making a decent amount, but I struggled to make ends meet. I went to work everyday, put too much money into the gas tank, grew a garden, wrote my articles, and in general, I was happy and content. I wasn’t satisfied with my life, but I was content.

At the end of Obama’s first term, well, I got change. While the President was out golfing, or sticking his nose into Arab Springs, or giving the Queen of England a collection of his speeches, or bowing to the Saudi King… I was worried about paying th electric bill.

While the President was shoving healthcare reform down our throats and while his wife lectured us about our eating habits, I was worried about putting food in my stomach.

While the President was giving us cash for clunkers, telling us to air our tires properly, or telling us to purchase a car that gets better gas mileage, or issuing a moratorium on new drilling, I was trying to figure out how many gallons of gas I could buy, or how long it will last with 20 dollars.

While President Obama gave us an $8,000 dollar tax credit on purchasing a home, and giving millions of dollars away to companies like it was candy at a parade, and sending his wife and daughters on nice expensive vacations, I was to worried about the cost of the roof over my head to stop and think about taking time off for my vacation.

Though I heard the President say several times that he’s going to focus like a laser on the economy, I’m beginning to think the word laser and economy have similar meanings to the President, that it’s all science fiction. His attention on the economy is as fictitious as a laser in a Star Wars movie.

Of course, the media will eventually get to it, right after they get to tell us how awful Mitt Romney’s views on socks with holes in them are, or maybe after they tell us how horrible it is that he uses ‘Just For Men’.

Yeah, I’m evolving. I used to think that Obama could do something right. I used to think the media can be accurate. I used to think there was some honesty there, but I’ve evolved into believing that they are more interested in writing science fiction, then addressing the economy… which is where I am at today, still, four years into Barack Obama’s presidency. Not happy, not content, still struggling. Yeah, I have evolved to, I’m no longer waiting on Obama to fix the economy, in fact, I evolved into giving up.

Give me Mickey Mouse as President, he’d be less fictional than Obama has been. Just give me somebody who knows what he’s doing. In fact, I don’t care if he knows what he’s doing, just don’t give me this guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing, but he insists on fixing everything except the one thing that he was sent to the White House to fix. It’s the economy….. stupid.

After several attempts to create this type of law for Louisiana, HB 380 just may see success at the end of this legislative session. In previous years, many states including Louisiana have been striving for economic responsibility by focusing on cash assistance being awarded to those who may need help for drug addiction.

State Rep. Sherman Mack (LA-95)

Former Rep. John LaBruzzo of the old LA District 81 (Jefferson Parish) had persevered for five years to make such a bill into law. Now Rep. Sherman Mack (LA-95), along with four other lawmakers, has picked up this torch and has so far matched LaBruzzo’s record of convincing the LA House Health and Welfare Committee to pass it with a vote of 11-5 today. The goal of this legislation is to help those whose lives are on the proverbial hamster wheel of dependency of both drugs and government assistance. Rep. Sherman Mack had explained that HB 380 will help them to become “work-ready.”

According to Health and Human Services in 2011, studies of substance abuse among welfare recipients have been difficult to pinpoint and vary tremendously from 4% – 37% nationally. Several factors contribute to the dynamics of these results, including how each state determines the type and amount of assistance received in order to define a “candidate” that is subject to testing. Furthermore, defining the actual type of drug abuse and what it includes such as alcoholism and the addiction of prescription drugs. The testing itself is a variance as different methods of measuring and data sources are used.

What the Bill Requires:

The bill, if passed, will become law as of January 1, 2013 and will require the state to test up 20 % of recipients randomly with testing standards in compliance with the DHH Office of Behavioral Health. It addresses the recipients of the Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program (FITAP), which is federally funded. The Digest of HB 380 explains that the proposed law specifies:

…that all FITAP recipients shall sign a written consent form to drug testing and any FITAP recipients that do not sign the consent form shall not be eligible to receive FITAP cash benefits. Proposed law requires DCFS to promulgate rules and adopt regulations regarding the random selection of the 20% of FITAP recipients and the implementation of the drug testing process in the most cost-efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Proposed law provides that if the FITAP Drug Testing and Treatment Fund has deposits sufficient (at least $20,000) to administer testing of more than 20% of adults, the percentage testing will be based on the adequacy of the fund.

What If a Recipient Fails a Drug Test?

Digest of HB 380 also states:

…that the required education and rehabilitation program must be completed within 90 days, pending availability, of a positive drug screen. Also, provides that a participant who fails to complete the required education and rehabilitation program in the allotted time will be suspended from participation in the cash assistance program for a period of one year from the date of the positive drug screen or until the satisfactory completion of the program. Proposed law provides that a participant who is subsequently identified by a verified positive test result as an illegal drug user will be suspended from participation in the cash assistance program for one year from the date of the positive drug screen. Also, requires the suspended participant to reapply for assistance after the suspension period and completion of the reentry program required by law. Proposed law also prohibits the suspension of a participant from the cash assistance program while the participant is taking part in the education and rehabilitation program required to be completed within 90 days of the initial positive test result, or when the participant is actively engaged in treatment that exceeds 90 days, or when an education and rehabilitation program is unavailable to the participant.

Constitutionality

Not only is it difficult to determine the numbers, many have challenged the Constitutionality of this type of legislation as well as the cost. According to the Office of Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation for Health and Human Services:

Drug testing is a common pre‐employment condition among private employers. Testing by the government has resulted in Constitutional challenges – the most recent one involves a challenge to Florida state law. Courts have upheld the legality of drug testing by government agencies for individuals in sensitive positions and when public safety is involved, as well as for persons involved in accidents on the job and for certain public school students. Testing when there are specific reasons to suspect drug use is also allowed. However, courts have struck down suspicionless drug testing requirements when they have determined there is no real public safety issue. Michigan’s 1999 program of suspicionless drug testing of TANF recipients was suspended by the courts after operating only a few weeks, and Florida’s recently implemented policy of testing applicants is the subject of a pending challenge. The primary issue in the Florida challenge is whether such testing violates the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures, which prevents the indiscriminate searching of individuals. Plaintiffs argue that since suspicionless testing involves no reasonable cause to suspect the individuals tested and courts have definitively ruled that drug tests constitute searches, suspicionless testing should not be allowed under the Fourth Amendment. Also at issue in some disputes in this area is the adequacy of due process protections provided to persons for whom a positive drug test results in the suspension of benefits. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments require that the government make available safeguards to prevent an individual from being deprived of property through arbitrary processes or results. In the context of drug testing, due process typically includes assuring that drug tests are processed by reputable, certified labs that conform to federal specifications, conducting more accurate confirmatory tests when initial results are positive, and having positive results reviewed by a Medical Review Officer who can determine whether the results may be due to legally obtained prescription drugs or medical conditions that may influence test results. Drug testing by government agencies as a condition of eligibility for public benefits is an area of active litigation. Governmental entities interested in conducting drug tests should examine relevant statutory and case law before implementing such requirements.

Ned Barnett of Nevada Conservative dot com argues, “The clear mandate of the government that employees of the government are subject to random drug tests; and that certain private-sector individuals (airline pilots, for instance) are required by law or regulation to undergo random drug tests – as a condition of employment – makes any objection to those on the public dole undergoing such tests a mockery. There is no logic to requiring some people who receive government funds (employees – including those who, if their work was impaired, would threaten no-one) while others see it as a violation of their civil rights no less than absurd.”

…and the Cost?

The report from the Health and Human Services continues:

The estimated costs in [some] States ranged from $92,487, for drug testing 20% of recipients and treating 2% of those tested in Louisiana, to $20 million, for just the testing of all public assistance applicants and recipients in New York. Other estimates include the cost of increasing staff to monitor or administer the tests, as in Maryland and Missouri. Idaho’s estimate includes the cost of making programming changes to the State’s information system. Florida’s law and Alabama’s proposal require the applicant or recipient to pay for the up‐front costs of the drug test, though both would reimburse those who test negative. Most estimates do not incorporate costs relating to increased substance abuse treatment utilization or to increased child welfare interventions.

The actual cost to Louisiana is outlined HERE in the Fiscal Note of the bill. It also states, “The requirements of this legislation are estimated to increase total State General Fund expenditures by $47,374 for six months in FY 13. Federal Funds expenditures are estimated to decrease by $34,020 due to a projected decrease in FITAP benefits because of refusal of treatment.”

Is It Worth It?

Is the cost worth thwarting drug users and potential drug users from receiving public assistance? Will it be worth helping those in need to become “work-ready?” And, will it help keep the Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program TEMPORARY and families INDEPENDENT? The current status of HB 380 is pending House Floor action, so the full legislature will be considering the issue before the Senate has their turn.

Author/THE OIL MAN
Forward The Colors

Has anyone ever been interested in President Obama’s ideological past? What were Obama’s beliefs while he was at Occidental? Several interviews by Dr. John Drew during the 2008 campaign cycle gave some insight, but few were interested at that time in what Obama really believed when he attended Occidental College. (See “Meeting Young Obama” and “Even Republicans Rejected Info About Obama’s Past” at www.americanthinker.com/john_drew/ ). Dr. Drew wrote, “Meeting Obama” www.americanthinker.com/john_drew/ , about Obama and his ideology about taking the United States over and making it fail so the, “revolution” could in his article “Meeting Young Obama” on February 24, 2011. He clearly remembers what Obama stated, in his own words, “Like it was yesterday”. Obama espoused without hesitation, “There’s going to be a revolution,” saying, “we need to be organized and grow the movement.” This is disturbing due to the fact what our nation is going through right now drives it to the edge of failure; just what the young Obama stated he wanted to accomplish in 1980: the end of capitalism in the United States.

Obama has in the last three years been declaring, the people with money are the problem with the United States. This reflects back to his Marxist/Socialist training while he was at Occidental College. Obama discussed this ideology with young John Drew during a Christmas break when Drew visited his then grilfriend, Caroline Boss. It was during his visit that he met Obama face to Face. Dr. Drew stated the man Obama had shown up with was an individual by the name of; Mohammed Hasan Chandoo, a 21-year-old Pakistani student Obama hung around with along with Chandoo’s girl friend, Margot Mifflin. All of them were fervent with their ideas of Marxist and Socialist ideology. Dr. Drew gave context to his recollections with the observation he had also read other stories about how Obama had dreamt of working to bring the downfall of Capitilism. Today it looks like Obama is working very hard to obtain those 1980 dreams.

Dr. Drew began; “I know Stanley Kurtz’s book, Radical in Cheif , that Obama has ties
with the midwest acadamy, kind of like the Socialist training ground
for America. I think that most Americans don’t understand that Obama
has a longstanding tie to Marxism, that is even longer then his ties to
Reverend Right.”

LP; “That’s right, he(Obama), didn’t go to Reverend Right until after he was married.”

Dr. Drew; “Right, I mean, the way I look at it, Barack Obama was probably at least a
Communist sympathizer when he came out of high school, he was definitely
a Marxist revolutionary when I met him in 1980. It doesn’t look like he
changed a bit, he started hanging out with Bill Ayers.”

LP; “You saw him just before Obama went to Pakistan.”

Dr.Drew; “Excatly, the last time I saw Obama was June 1981, we had a graduation party
for Occidental College. I guess he left from there and went on this tour in
Indonesia, and somehow got into Pakistan, I guess you were not allowed to do
that on a United States passport at that time.”

LP; “How long did you have an association with Obama?”

Dr. Drew; “It is kind of complex, the actual time I spent with Obama was sort of brief
and limited, but he was part of my social sphere in the sense I knew his
roommate at the time, Chandoo, and Obama was a member of the Democratic
Socialist Alliance at Occidental and my girlfriend, Caroline Boss was the co-
president of that organization.”

LP; “Democratic Socialist Alliance?”

Dr. Drew; “Yes, that was the Marxist student association on campus, Caroline hung up a
huge bnner of Karl marx where the students met at the Occidental College
Quad. She and I were pretty intense Marxists we had been involved in about
a two-year relationship and she was the one who introduced me to Barack
Obama, she knew him better then I did. I wouldn’t be saying he was a
Marxist/Socialist revolutionary if it was just based with my face to face talk
with him, my comments are based on knowing Chandoo, having known
Caroline and the Marxist Professors and that whole culture.”

LP; “Another words, the people he was asociated with were deep into the
Marxist/Socialist ideology?”

Dr. Drew; “Oh yes, I had considered myself as the enemy of the American government at
that time.”

LP: “At that particular time? And what made you change?”

Dr. Drew; “Well, the first thing that happened was kind of spirtual change, I just started
having the religeous experience, I realized that there was something out there
which I now call a higher power. That was very inconsistant with Marxist
ideology. Because marxist taught that stuff like that was just the opium of the
people, but to me it was very real, so very real. Then my Doctoral research
ended up just confirming a lot of Marxist theory which comes to explain how
welfare programs and how Capitilism deals with child labor and things like
that. My research pulled me out of Marxism fundementally but what started it
was the spiritual change.”

LP; “How many actual face to face meetings did you have with Obama?”

Dr. Drew; “I never had face to face after Christmas and in Partolo Valley California
which is near Stanford. I basically spent the day with him, Chandoo, and
Caroline Boss, I was visiting Boss from Cornell where I was studying. I
graduated ahead of them but I had come back for the trip to be with Caroline.
We hung out with Obama and Chandoo for that day and went out to lunch
then we ended up arguing pretty late in the evening about Marxist and politics.
Whether or not there would be a revolution, a Communist style revolution in
the United States. The key takeaway there is that I may have been one of the
first people in the world to confront Barack Obama’s kind of silly belief,
Marxist idea that there was going to be an inevitable Communist revolution
coming to the United States. I feel in my heart that I had persuaded him that
that wasn’t in the cards and it wasn’t going to happen and at the end of that
time he believed me. I think a bunch of us, Marxist Communist style people
were turned off by a Communist style revolution I think that Obama would
have heard that from someone else eventually, but from his reaction, I think I
was the first person that he could identify as an ally, and a friend and
supporter who sincerely believes that there would never be a Communist style
revolution. That debate I think helped Obama intelectually, but it helped seal
the end of my romantic relationship with Marxist.”

LP; “Obama was a student there the whole time?”

Dr. Drew; “Yes he was a student at Occidental College and he was taking classes from
Roger Boesche, who was a political theorist on campus. Roger was definitely
a Socialist. Most of the students followed him as a Marxist revolutionary, but
he was kind of precise with that and did not see himself as a Marxist. I would
say that 100% of the students considered him to be a Marxist/Socilaist.”

LP; “Obama had to have some sort of girlfriends, or was he kind of all alone.”

Dr. Drew; “I think this is very unusual but I can say that I saw Barack Obama about 3 or
4 other times on campus and off campus at parties. As God as my witness, I
can say that I never saw Barack Obama with a young woman. I never saw any
romantic connections with a young woman or even any socializing with a
young woman that had a romantic nature.”

LP; “So he was pretty much by himself all the time?”

Dr. Drew; “I am just a small piece of the puzzle, but if I had ever seen him with a girl, I
would be happy to say that, but I did not notice that. If anything I thought
that the young Obama was kind of the femininest and he seemed to have a
very strong emotional tie to Hasan Chandoo.”

LP; “Now did Chandoo have a girlfriend?”

Dr. Drew; “Yes, Chandoo did have a girlfriend, her name was Margot Mifflin. It was
kind of interesting that Chandoo had a grilfriend, Margot Mifflin, who is still
in the news today, she is a professor at I think NYU. Caroline Boss had a
boyfriend, me and I am in the news about Barack Obama, but there is not a
single girl out there that says she was Obama’s girlfriend.”

LP; “I seem to recall an article you wrote about Obama riding in a big fancy car with
Chandoo.”

Dr. Drew; “Yes, Chandoo was very wealthy and he drove a very expensive, very nice
luxary car. It was ten times better then the normal Occidental student would
drive. One of my theories is that Barack obama had a good time at Occidental
College because of the financial generosity of Chandoo. That was one of the
places that Obama learned that rich people would give him money just
because he was a nice handsome ideologically consitent person.”

LP: “Do you know or did any one say he had a Visa when he was going to Occidental?”

Dr. Drew; “That I don’t have any knowledge of I don’t I called him Barry, but I don’t
remember if he was introduced as Barry Soertoro or Barry Obama. I just
remember I called him Barry and I don’t know anything about his citizen
status.”

LP; “How long did he hang around with Chandoo?”

Dr. Drew; “Chandoo is a life long friend of Barack Obama. Chandoo attended Obama’s
marriage to Michelle, I think that was 1992 or 1993 or something like that.
Chandoo was at their marrige and he was also at a recent Ramadan Dinner at
the White House. He is one of those $600,000 bundelers for Obama. Chandoo
has been a part of Obama’s life at least since 1980.”

LP; “So Chandoo is a bundleler for Obama too?”

Dr. Drew; “Yes, Chandoo would go out and raise contributions from people then put all
those checks in a bundle, then deliver it over to the campaign headquarters.”

LP:” Is Chandoo a US Citizen or is he a Pakistani?”

Dr. Drew; “He is living in New York, in America.”

LP: “About how many hours had you spent with Obama?”

Dr. Drew; “I would say that altogether it was about 10 to 12 hours.”

LP; “During that time did Obama display the Marxist ideology?”

Dr. Drew; “We were confiding in each other the way people fight with each other people
with major historical struggles in communicating, very down to earth, very
honest. Like I said, I am ashamed of my Socialist/Marxist past, I have a
conversion story which explains how I became a Christian, Constitutional
Conservative. Barack Obama has no conversion story. There is a story about
how he stopped being a Marxist, if anything his career, life shows an
alarming consistentcy in his ideological extremism.”

LP; “Do you see the same Marxist ideology now with Barack Obama?”

Dr. Drew; “Yes, especially when he talks about the people holding on to their guns and
religion because of economic stress. That is a Marxist idea. Everything he
says about it being a good idea to spread the wealth around; that is
Marxist/Socialist concepts. Some of the statements Obama makes about
things inevitably get better, I think that is a Marxist ideological remenants.”

LP; “I noticed in one of your articles you said it would never happen but Obama said yes
it will.”

Dr. Drew; “Yes, I remember that very clearly, even some 20 years later because he
thought I was nuts. He thought that I was going against everything he had
been taught at Occidental College. I persuaded him, I told Obama there has
never been a revolution in Italy, France, Germany, why would you expect one
here in America? I said revolutions only occur in backwards raring
economies, like China, Vietnam or Russia, not in America.”

LP; “How did he accept your idea?”

Dr. Drew; “I think he believed that the economic stresses would pile up worse and worse
and after the stresses built up they would just build up to a breaking point
where a new group would take over the country. That would be a large group
of workers, students, young people, those who were enlightened by
Marxist/Socialist ideology would end up running things.”

LP: “Did Obama ever mention Cloward/Pivens?”

Dr. Drew; “No never did, but he might have bumped into her when he was at Columbia
because she taught at Columbia. Part of my research disconcerns the Piven
and Cloward teachings that welfare programs rise in reaction to violence and
rioting from the lower class. I was able to show that that was not true in
America. I percieve Obama as being an out and out liar; hiding his real views
from the American people. I think those views are deeply objectionable to
most people and I am shocked that more media attention hasn’t been focused
on vetting Obama and getting down to brass tacks about how he really is.”
(see additional information at end.(1))

LP: “Did Obama ever throw mony around when he was with Chandoo?”

Dr. Drew; “He hung with Chandoo, but the impression I had with Obama was that they
were both very wealthy. I thought that Barack Obama was decendent from
royality from the way he carries himself. It did turn out that he did spend his
summers on the grounds of the palace of the sultan of Jakarta in Indonesia.
According to David Remnick,(“The Bridge, Alfred A. Knopf, 2010, page
104”), that is where Obama would spend his summers. So he actually did
grow up on the grounds of an Indonesian Palace. Through his step-father,
Lolo Soertoro, he actually had ties to the royal family.” (See addition
below(2).)

Now with all this stated by Dr. Drew, one has to ask, has Barack Obama moved away from his Marxist, Radical, Socialist Ideology? Has Barack Obama, the man holding the highest office in the United States “hidden” his true agenda, the one he so proudly proclaimed while at Occidental College? One must now consider: just what are the President’s motives behind producing continued debt upon the United States? Is this meant to further what Dr. Drew so clearly remembers:end Capitalism?

These questions should have been asked in 2008. They must be answered in truth today as the American people continue daily to struggle with the Marxist/Socialist ideals foist upon them by Barack Hussein Obama dedicated to them, ideals which have yet to succeed in all of human history. Some pundits state this is a propaganda used historically by Marxist and Socialist regimes, using the single word “forward” as their base. Has Obama finally given America a true reflection of his days as a revolutionary radical Marxist/Socialist?

(1.) My take on Piven and Cloward is included in my published doctoral disseration in this book, http://www.amazon.com/The-American-Welfare-System-Structure/dp/0275952045 I demonstrated that there was no relationship between street violence or riots and the later rise of the Progressive Era Mothers’ Pensions movement.”

(2.) Information about how Obama’s mother lived on the grounds of the palace of the Sultan of Yogakarta is available in David Remnick’s book, The Bridge, on pages 84-88. http://www.amazon.com/The-Bridge-Life-Barack-Obama/dp/1400043603

Well at least it is a flip in the right direction, but the flop should not have happened in the first place and HB 1095 should never have made it out of committee with the support of any Republican at the very least.

Say "No!" to Flip Flops and the NPV

Flip flops make the voters uneasy. It shows inconsistency and causes a lack of confidence in our elected officials – especially on critical issues such as NPV where it is definitive where informed individuals stand. We build confidence, respect, and trust in decisive lawmakers, even if we don’t always agree with them. Don’t get me wrong – I am glad for this one, but like I said, we should not be in this position in the first place.

In an earlier article released by us on our site, we conveyed our regret and apologized for endorsing Rep. Johnny Berthelot last Fall for State District 88 as Mr. Berthelot voted in favor HB 1095. This was the proposal to include Louisiana in an Interstate Compact for the National Popular Vote. He was one of two Republicans that voted “yea” in committee for House and Governmental Affairs.

Rep. Taylor Barras, a party switcher RINO out of District 48, was the other one (whom we did not endorse.)

A Tea Party leader for Ascension Parish had contacted Berthelot via email and requested that he not support the bill. He promptly replied yesterday morning, May 3, at 8:51am:

Ms. Lunday,

Thank you for the email and for voicing your concerns.
I appreciate hearing what is important to you.
I will keep your view in mind when casting my vote, however right now I am in support of this bill.

I was then compelled to send another email to him to continue the encouragement for him to withdraw his support:

Mr. Berthelot,

We respectfully encourage you to vote “NO” on Compact for the National Popular Vote.
Many of your constituents as well as other Conservative citizens of Louisiana are very concerned over your support for this bill.

What kind of political deal is being made that is worth risking our voice in the presidential election?

We view this bill to be of the worst kind and being that you were just voted into office this term, we are surprised that you would be voting against your party.

We are eagerly awaiting any explanation you can give us that can help us to understand your position. Please contact me at your earliest convenience at the number below.

Regards,

Ms. O’Halloran,

Thank you for the email.
I voted to bring it to the full house but will vote no on the floor.

Now I don’t know what happened between the hours of 9am and 2pm yesterday, but Mr. Berthelot either:

had a light bulb turn on,

experienced Divine intervention,

listened to his constituents and/or his GOP colleagues, or

is simply lying.

We may never know why he voted for it, but I want to give Rep. Berthelot the benefit of the doubt and hope he listened to his constituents and is changing his position accordingly. We shall find out Monday if HB 1095 isn’t DOA to the House Floor for Final Passage next week. The Senate version SB 705 did not get as far, but we will still need to keep an eye on this until it is declared officially dead. Then we will be ok – until next year for Round 3. Last year it was introduced by Republicans In Name Only, and this year it came roaring back with Democrats and their outside organizational support.

…and as for Rep. Berthelot, let’s just remember he voted FOR the bill before he was against it.
