I’ll See You in Hell, Maxine

August 23, 2011

There is obviously a concerted effort by the left to verbally attack the tea party lately.  Can anyone tell me what good it’s going to do to attack American citizens whose sole purpose is to defend our Constitution and uphold traditional American values?  These are ordinary citizens, no, extra-ordinary citizens, who have awakened to a country gone wild and believe it’s time to “take the keys back from the kids.”

I’ll tell you what I think.  I think it’s part of Obama’s campaign agenda.  His strategy is to get his followers out there in the public arena attacking tea party members and tea party values.  He knows he can’t win this next election but instead of arguing the facts and taking the higher road by complaining that the tea party stands in the way of socialism, extravagant entitlement programs and a crippled economy, his supporters resort to name-calling and childish remarks.

Do you know when you’ve won an argument?  When the opposing side curses at you, tells you to “go to hell” (Rep. Maxine Waters, D-CA)  and stomps off in a rage.

P.S.  I actually won’t see Maxine in Hell.  I won’t be there.
