It’s a new day in these “Divided States of America”

I am very sad for the fate of America and the people that choose government dependency over self reliance. What will be necessary to re-unite a broken populace?

As the world, and Patriotic Americans, wake up to the idea of another term under President Obama, one thing is crystal clear. We are no longer the Unites States of America as we once knew it. When a President like Mr. Obama has had so many of his lies substantially proven as such by facts, and a compliant media to carry his torch of deception, it has become very apparent that the survival and re-emergence of a once great nation lies in the hands of Conservative Christian Americans. Many opportunities are going to arise in the near future to make choices that will impact America’s direction for our next generations that will come after us.

On election day we witnessed an increase in states turning to Republican Governors and more conservative state legislators being elected and at the same time those states going to President Obama. How can a state populace walk into the booth and overwhelmingly give control of their state to Republicans and hand the country over to Socialist Democrats? There can only be one true answer that explains it best, that being my opening line to this article which was my personal belief after watching the election returns.

What can we expect in the next few years? More unemployment? More food stamp recipients? Less economic growth and expansion? I believe the answer to all those questions are an empathetical YES. Food and energy costs will become unbearable for most. Taxes ARE going to go up like never before (Obamacare) followed closely by uncontrollable inflation of most goods and services along with increased interest rates, fewer jobs ( unless you work for Obama ) which all leads to only one conclusion. President Obama’s new Depression. So much for the great recovery of the summer of 09. But hey, we reap what we sow, right? And life goes on as usual for those with no skin in the game. Those who take woke up no differently than they did a year or two ago. Those of us that make woke up knowing what the future holds. A wise man once said: “Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.” Martin Luther King, Jr.

God works in mysterious ways when least expected and we must make ourselves readily available to act on opportunities put before us. What was a very negative feeling last night, knowing all that we know, can be transformed into positive actions starting at local and state levels. I’m not prepared to lie down and give up. Nor should we allow ourselves to be steamrolled by an Administration hellbent on the destruction of our great Nation. It’s not the time to cede everything we believe in but time to get up from the keyboard and become more than we were yesterday. Are you ready to take up the torch?

Another very wise person (my wife) just said:

THIS IS JUST MY OPINION…. If you voted for Romney you will wonder what happened, if you voted for Obama you will probably regret it later but if you didn’t vote at all, you will probably be the first one to complain.
